Proposed Pincents Hill Development - Local Residents Survey
Dear Resident, As you may be aware, Blue Living Limited purchased 37 acres of land earlier this year on the Pincents Hill site which is bounded by Pincents Lane and the Garston Park caravan park. Blue Living carried out a public consultation process in September and have now produced a Design Enquiry Report (see www.blueliving.co.uk). Blue Living intends to submit a planning application in early 2009 to build 700 – 900 new homes at Pincents Hill. We want to hear local residents’ views in relation to this proposed development. We would therefore be grateful if you would complete and return this REPLY PAID survey form to us as soon as possible and we promise to (i) provide you with the summary feedback from all residents (ii) keep you regularly informed of developments in relation to this site (iii) invite you to public briefing meetings. We believe local residents’ views must be taken into account and it cannot be a case of development at any cost. Yours sincerely, Alok Sharma Conservative Parliamentary Spokesman –Reading West Joe Mooney, Tony Linden, Emma Webster West Berkshire District Councillors
